We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to request deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Request Deletion

Click the button below or email support@summarize-it.app
Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
Include the email address associated with your Summ-It account
We will process your request within 7 business days
You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete

Request Account Deletion

What Gets Deleted

Your account profile (email, name)
All saved content and queue items
Generated audio files
Audio generation history
Usage statistics and preferences
Subscription status (subscription will be cancelled)

What We Retain

Transaction records: Purchase history retained for 7 years (required for tax and legal compliance)
Aggregated analytics: Anonymous, non-personal usage statistics
Support correspondence: Email exchanges retained for quality assurance

Important:

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
Active subscriptions will be cancelled but not refunded
You can create a new account with the same email after deletion
